Fellows and Gear Shaping have been synonymous since 1897. In 2002 Bourn & Koch purchased the assets of the Fellows Shaper Division, acquiring all products, technology, trade names, patents, patterns and engineering drawings, inventory and parts associated with the manufacture of Fellows Gear Shapers. Bourn & Koch continues the Fellows product line of gear shapers under the Fellows name and has designed new models.
