The DeVlieg Jigmil is revered for its unprecedented mechanical accuracy. Other horizontal boring mills just don’t measure up. While our new DeVlieg Jigmils are every bit as mechanically accurate as the original, a remanufactured machine provides these same accuracies at a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
We focus on K-Series and newer DeVlieg Jigmils for remanufacture. These machines are ideal for retrofitting over to servo-motors and ball screws. Older DeVliegs such as B-Series machines can be remanufactured as well.
Numerous features of our new Jigmils can be incorporated to during the remanufacture process. More powerful spindles, heavy duty linear rails, tool changers and integral rotary tilt tables are just a few of the options we can provide on your remanufactured DeVlieg.
Since 2004, Bourn & Koch has been the OEM for all makes and models of DeVlieg Jig Mill. They manufactured thousands horizontal boring mills from around the mid-1900s through 1989 in Royal Oak, Michigan. The DeVlieg name is alive and well at Bourn & Koch. We are DeVlieg.
