Bourn & Koch, Inc. is excited to announce that Robert Dwyer has been named Service Manager of the company effective February 27th, 2017.
Robert Dwyer, who was most recently leader of our Mill-Turn-Bore Customer Care Team, brings nearly 20 years of relevant machine tool support experience to his role as Service Manager. Rob joined Bourn & Koch in 2004.
Robert was previously the Assistant Service Manager for Bourn & Koch, gaining relevant experience on the service support side of our business. Prior to his experience as Assistant Service Manager, Rob was responsible for repair parts support for notable machine tool lines under Bourn & Koch’s ownership such as DeVlieg, Bullard, Springfield, Rockford Machine Tool, and King Machine Tool. Rob has been highly successful in his past roles with Bourn & Koch, helping numerous companies keep their American-Made Machine Tools running.
